The side chapel contains the Blessed Sacrament reserved for adoration and private prayer and for communion of the sick.

Behind the tabernacle is a window designed by Joseph Nuttgens in 1998 and depicting the events of the Easter mystery – the Last Supper, the Crucifixion and the Resurrection.

Also in this chapel lies the tomb of Leo Parker, Bishop of Northampton from 1941-1967.
